Start Speaking Spanish

I’m thinking to go to Costa Rica or Guatemala
to learn Spanish.
but at the same time, I wanna improve my English.
my English is somewhat limited since I’m from one of Asian countries

so..is it easy to get a private english tutor in cities like Antigua?
if so, how much does it cost to get one?
and do u think that learning both Spanish and English
in central america can be a good idea?
