Start Speaking Spanish

Looking to learn spanish and eventually become fluent. I have a 1 month break between jobs, whats the most cost effective way to start my spanish learning process. I live in Miami, Florida by the way but am not sure which places offer the best classes.
first of all, thank you for the answers. there is nothing fishy in this question, just because I live and work in Miami doesn’t mean I have to know Spanish. I pull a lot of hours and believe this will be a good career building maneuver.

took two years of spanish in high school and i tried like those workbooks that are suppose to teach you spanish and also looked at a few on-line sites never really tried one. I still cannot seem to learn it i live in a area where there are a lot of spanish speaking people and i feel i would benefit and be able to get better jobs if i were bilingual. any ideas on good ways to learn or good programs that teach you a new languagee plz.
