I’m considering studying abroad in Belize. I’m considering Galen University in particular. Have you ever been to Belize, or studied there? Would I be better off going somewhere that speaks Spanish? I’m minoring, but my spoken Spanish is very bad, and I’m nervous about taking classes in Spanish. I’m also double majoring in International Studies (Latin America) and Anthropology.

I would recommend you to study in a Spanish speaking country. I think Mexico, Colombia or Venezuela are good options. You can spend some time in a Latin American country before starting your course. Spanish is a language that is growing very fast… and it is fantastic!!
