Start Speaking Spanish

Does anyone know of programs (that are not too expensive) where I could learn spanish while teaching english or volunteering? I only know basic spanish currently, but I would like to go next summer, and leave as close to fluent in Spanish as possible. I have heard that you can work for your room and board, and maybe even get paid, or get a living stipend. I also would like to go with my boyfriend, and live together.

I am a recent college grad wondering how life down there is… I will be going by myself and I know no one down there. Any suggestions? Should I live in Guaynabo or San Juan?
